Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Whistler Village, the Westin Resort & Spa truly redefines mountain luxury. Being just a hop away from the ski lifts was a major win for me and my adventurous companions, who love to hit the slopes early in the morning. Our suite was spacious and boasted a full kitchen, which made it easy to whip up breakfast while soaking in breathtaking views of the trees. One of my favorite treats? The cozy hot chocolate station post-skiing-perfect for winding down after a day of excitement. The two stunning outdoor hot tubs allowed us to unwind while enjoying the fresh mountain air, almost like a mini tropical escape in the cool climate! I must admit, the bed wasn't as heavenly as I expected; it was a tad too firm for my liking. Luckily, the luxurious bathroom featuring a deep soaker tub compensated for those restless nights. All in all, if you're seeking a delightful blend of nature and comfort, this resort has everything to elevate your Whistler experience. Don't forget to check out the FireRock Lounge for a cozy evening by the fireplace after a day of adventures!
